In 2007 Alice successfully completed the Real Estate Salesperson Course through the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand which was subsequently approved by the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board. After a couple of years working in a traditional real estate firm, and with the changes to the law, Alice could see a gap in the market. Fresh from negotiating the successful sale of Clyde’s historic icon property known as “Oliver’s” (formerly Naylor’s General Store Est. 1860) Alice now provides clients the opportunity to list and sell property for a fraction of the cost of traditional marketing.
Alice has worked in sales, advertising and marketing for most of her career. She has a background in professional photography as well as television, newspaper and radio advertising. She continues to investigate how new advertising mediums can help her clients and customers. Alice’s success in the real estate sales industry can be attributed to the on-going training she receives to optimize her natural skills as an excellent listener and skilled negotiator.
