Our firm was established in 2010 after recognising the need to provide people with an affordable way to sell property without high commission cost. Our total focus is providing quality service for a fair and reasonable success fee at no more than 1% +GST of the sale price. We recognise that everyone’s goals and objective in selling their property are different and we tailor-make marketing schedules and advertising packages to suit: we aim to achieve the best possible results for our sellers.
